Since day one, UnderPinned has been built to support the next generation of creative entrepreneurs.
As London College of Fashion‘s official End of Year Show partner, we’ll be showcasing selected LCF students’ End of Year Projects, from Womenswear, Menswear and Jewellery, for a July Takeover.
All students’ work will be presented as a beautiful Portfolio made on the UnderPinned Virtual Office.
My final project is about impulsive shopping. Most consumers believe that owning a certain product could make them more like the persons they want to be in their dreams. Having this concept in mind, the customers would like to fulfil their dreams by overspending. So many people do not choose clothes based on their personal styles and financial conditions. Instead, they follow the trends blindly and often buy clothes that don’t fit them.
I’m a graduate from UAL: London College of Fashion Womenswear. A (speculative) fashion designer who is interested in observing human social behaviour and making connections through fashion design practice. My design projects are usually approached through an investigative process from concept to garment construction and are heavily process-driven.
